Honestly, the ‘white-glove’ description isn’t just marketing—it’s how they actually operate. Had a bizarre infotainment glitch in my Mercedes where the screen kept rebooting every five minutes. They updated the software modules properly and resolved it. Zero stress.

Fantastic experience with this shop. I’d been having a hard time finding a mechanic for my 2000 P38, but they took it in via tow with no hesitation.
